I heard Fitness First is going to be open in Bukit Tinggi, Klang on December 2007. i wonder which club should i join? Y-Fitness in Klang Centro or Fitness First in Bukit Tinggi? if not mistaken, Fitness First will be cheaper as i heard from my friends its RM 99 per month, is it true??? Any advice ???

i think my advice to you is which part of klang do you stay? if you are staying around bukit tinggi and botanic area then you should choose fitness first. if you are staying around berkeley and eng ann area you choose y-fitness. i believe distance matter as you might not feel like going to gym if you have to drive the distance and endure the traffic jam to get to the other side of klang, plus add in the time and petrol to the equation when you are calculating which gym is cheaper.

since i stay in eng ann and work in kapar i go to y-fitness. my friend join both yoga club and y-fitness because she stay in happy garden and work in pj so she stop at the gym on her way home from work and go to yoga club on the weekend.

Actually i stay in Kampong Jawa, can say in the center of Centro & also Bukit Tinggi. So the distance is about the same.

next option go try out the gym and see which one you prefer...if i am not mistaken most gym have a 7 days trial period or something...

I be joining Fitness First in BukitTinggi. FF in Bukit Tinggi will be open on December next month. Any1 joining ? Any1 wanna go gym together ???

Hi , Im a member at Y fitness . they do have line dance , yoga and etc . and the membership 3900 for life time . I beleive this is a better bargain. They have sauna as well. I neva been to gym my first time . This is a good deal isn it?????
