Job Scope:
1. To support day to day end user/customer operation
2. To provide Desktop/laptop administration and support
3. Act as the first point of contact for IT related issues from customer
4. Troubleshoot computer problem onsite or remotely
5. Monitor system and application health, network traffic, bandwidth utilization and reports/track any faults to the ISP via phone and email.

Key Accountability Areas
1. To follow operational/technical policies and procedures to ensure IT compliance are in place.
2. Follow standard Helpdesk operational procedures; Logs calls, updates the call tracking system on pending/resolved cases with detailed.
3. To update/maintain the Helpdesk call tracking system
4. Maintain all the contact list of vendors, ISP and third party providers. (Technical and sales contact details)

Job Responsibility
1. Undertake other duties and specific projects as directed, which may include researching new technology and developing innovative approaches to new challenges.
2. Provides assistant to the higher level Engineer
3. Responsible for proper maintenance of all company IT related equipments
4. Perform hardware and software installations

Requirements:
• Diploma or Degree.
• Minimum 1-2 years experience Experienced with help-desk type functions and customer support for hardware and software.
• Friendly presence with helpful attitude; good interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others
• Ability to work responsibly with or without direct supervision
• Enthusiastic, organized, and ability to show a sense of urgency and the will do what it takes to complete the assigned tasks including working a longer shift with little or no notice.
• Working knowledge of common operating systems and software applications
• High proficiency in using a personal computer with applications such as Windows Internet Explorer, Microsoft Office Suite, and networking knowledge
• General network environment knowledge with PC’s
• Able to work on rotating standby engineer during weekend/holiday (remote support)
