Category 1 : below 12 months (baby's age before 31 Aug 2008)

Category 2 : 12 months - 24 months (baby's age before 31 Aug 2008)

Category 3 : 25months - 36 months (baby's age before 31 Aug 2008)

Judgement criteria:
Baby with best & fabulous Smiles.


Grand Prizes (Talent for MP Calender 2008) >> Professional Digital Photography Set worth RM1,000

Total of 3 grand winners <1 winner for each category>

Consolation Prizes >> Professional Digital Photography Set worth RM400

Total of 6 consolation prizes <2 winners for each category>

Step 1:
Respondent is to send Entry Photo (with baby's full name as file name) to photo@mamypokoclub.com
One Entry Photo per email.
Kindly write (1) your baby's name (2) CATEGORY participation as "Subject" in email.


Step 2:
There is an Auto reply email. This is the Entry form for this campaign.



Step 3:
Respondents is to print the Entry Form, fill in particulars and attach together with 1 (one) barcode of any MamyPoko / MamyPoko Pants product.

Unicharm company would be selecting 15 finalists from each category and to be put on MamyPoko Club for Public Voting from 10-31 Jul 2008

1. Just in case if you did not receive Auto Email form MamyPoko after sending Entry Photo thru email,
kindly click here to down load the Entry Form.
2. Winners Announcement on 10 Aug 2008 at MamyPoko Club

3. Prizes Redemption is to be made before 15 Sep 2008.

4. Winners are required to go to selective Studio to redeem the prizes.
All expenses that may occur for traveling to the selective location are to be bear by winner.
5. Studio location & area is to be announced together with winners’ announcement on 20 Aug 2008.

6. Those Entries that did not follow above instruction would be forfeited.
