skype problem

Hi, I'm having skype problem, i'm trying request support over there. also no have reply until now. I'm so dispointed their service.

My problem is 'm already read the knowledgebase and User Guides at Skype webiste, but can't find the best solution.
Now I'm having a problem since 2nd May till now, still unable to make a call, It was a loss to us all. Next payment will going on.
Actually, i'm system support , my director she is very interested in what are called Internet phone. So i'm recommend she using skype to make a call for his son in UK. First i'm signup the Skype To Go on April 29, 2008 for €10,00 for calling, after that she tell me she want to upgrade to Unlimited Country, so i'm signup the Unlimited Country for UK on May 2, 2008, but when try to calling, the skype show no enough credit, but i'm was subscribing Unlimited Country. Why still seem likes skype to go account, whether is already active?

any 1 can telling me?
