Klang EPF office moves to BBT One - The Towers on Monday
As part of the Employees Provident Fund’s (EPF) efforts to offer better comfort, convenience and accessibility to its members, the EPF branch in Klang has relocated to new and strategically located premises beginning Monday, 30 May 2011.
The Klang Employees Provident Fund (EPF) will move to its new office at BBT One - The Towers in Bandar Bukit Tinggi, Klang. The counter service hours are from Monday to Friday, 8:15am to 4:45pm. "Amenities such as banks are within the vicinity of the premises with public transportation easily accessible at the location. This is in line with our service tagline, You Are Our Priority,” said EPF Public Relations General Manager, Encik Nik Affendi Jaafar.
The branch continues to provide customers with services which comprise receiving withdrawal applications, providing and receiving EPF forms for and from employees as well as employers, issuing members’ statement of account, handling enquiries and complaints, giving advice on EPF services and providing information on the organisation.
The new EPF office's postal address is: Tingkat Bawah dan Satu, Unit B-G-1, North Tower (Tower B), BBT One The Towers, Lebuh Batu Nilam 1, Bandar Bukit Tinggi, 41200 Klang.
巴生公積金局‧遷至武吉丁宜BBT One大廈
巴生公積金局將從本月30日起，搬遷至武吉丁宜的BBT One大廈。公積金局公關部經理聶阿芬迪表示，新分行的附近有銀行，而且公共交通便利，符合公積金局的口號“以您為尊”。
他說，新分行提供的服務與以往無異，包括申領公積金、列印報表、處理客戶投訴、提供各種表格及諮詢服務等。新分行的柜台服務時間為每星期一至星期五的上午8時15分至下午4時45分。
