Remembered the house my colleagues rented which I told you about? Well, it seems there is a small bedroom downstairs. The 3 bigger bedrooms upstairs have been taken (all by single girls). RM 350 for the small rooms on the 1st floor (1 - 2 person)
RM 300 for the ground floor room (1 - 2 person)
RM 450 for the master bed rooms on 1st floor and 2nd floor (3 - 5 person)

* All rooms are with individual bath rooms except for the ground floor room
** Rental includes electricity (for lighting and fan only) and water bill. Heaters, television, air condition etc. will have a surcharge accordingly.
*** Deposit and advance rental is required.
