Thanks for the info, Carmen. Unfortunately I m not staying in Klang at the moment. It's a bit hard for me to go and look around. But i m actually getting the agent to help me to look around.

It is better to get an agent instead of u look for it by your ownself... since you are working in westport... it will be more advisable to stay in botanic instead of bayu perdana.

It's a bit expensive in botanic for me. I wanna rent the whole unit and may rent out one room in future. Don't mind travelling a bit further though cause I used to travel to Westports from PJ all this while. Do you have any other agent numbers that I can contact to?

botanic apartment won't be expensive it will just cost about RM350 & abv. That's what i found out. Rent a room out? not easy.. i had rented whole unit n the room that i would like to rent out still empty right now... haha...all those rental around bkt tinggi n bayu perdana will be RM500 & abv.

Noleh, botanic is now expensive after the jusco started their operation. Even the low cost flat next to the KESAS is fetching rm500 with no kitchen cabinet or whatsoever...

What i can let u know is there is no such rental @ RM500 & below for fully furnished house / apartment over here.. All are basic only.

I just need a simple kitchen cabinet and water heater. That's all. No need furniture or air cond.
