Hi all,

My friend is moving to Klang. He is interested to rent double-storey house in Ambang Botanic Gated & guarded community.

May i know what is the rent for ambang botanic?

If i not mistaken the price is around RM 500 - RM 600 depend the location.

If u live in apartment got maintenance fee.
If u rent the whole hse u need to pay the water & electric bill only.

ambang botanic ? i thought it's gated and guarded and there is maintanence fee you have to pay.

I not sure about Ambang Botanic,cos i bought a house in Bandar Bukit Raja.
So maintenance u should call the "PIC",they should clarify the equiry u need to know.

renting hse at ambang botanic is not tht easy. the developer has set a rule to the hse owner to only rent to local or expart. .. if i'm not mistaken, u will have to pay the security (access controlled with card or sticker, not sure) as well as monthly fee for the club hse. rm500-rm600 is not possible at ambang botanic.. u may get rm600 rental at bdr botanic.. not ambang botanic. the later is a posh area...

u can ask ur friend to go to the sales office, located next to botanic resort club. just ask them how to rent. outsiders are not allowed to enter ambang botanic. thus, we are not able to go around the hses to see any banner for rent/sale...

luqman or others.... do u know any house 1 stry/apartment/condo to rent area between bukit tinggi n sijangkang. rental price between RM 400 - 600? desprately need a home.

i got a 900 sqf apartment in Bandar Botanic, it is call Kasuarina Apartment, 2nd floor.

interested? actually i want to sell it off one... if u want to buy, i allow u to move in immediately.. LOL

for now i juz want to rent, it is because i worked at banting. i everydy drive from sg kapar indah to banting make my wallet explode!!
