i dunno abt ambang botanic but got see foreigners staying in bdr botanic early in the morning walking out to work in bkt tinggi. the developer Gamudaland are setting various s****d rules esp on the apt. now that they allows owner to install awning on the balcony after much protest from owners i went to their sales office too and makes some noise and the staffs juz pretend to be dumbed...

Why not get a hse in Setia Alam,so far i didn't heard any ppl complain .
I bought a hse at Bandar Bukit Raja,the location also not bad.

May be Gamuda just want to standardise the look and feel of the apartment, but i was not pretty happy on their ruling on putting deposit for reno works.
