i dont see a good reason for them to open yet another mall.
we already hv 2 juscos and they r quite sufficient. not counting the hypermarkets we already have. and also, i heard the new jusco isnt doing that well. many patrons but no ones buying. notice the almost empty cashiers there.

From what I observed, the problem of these mall in Klang are lack of entertainments. I dun understand y developer fail to notice on this. Like young people hangout not everytime they go and buy a shirt..or they go to mall for makan-makan..

It's not the size of mall which we proud of..the biggest la..bla..bla.. it is how to attract people make the mall live..

Let's compare with other mall outside klang..simple wan..we don't have bowling..

Instead of cinema, karaoke..if the developer concern on the other entertainment i believe it will boost the visitors.. becoz the situation of mall so dull no wonder klangites somehow prefer to go to other mall outside klang..

I heard that Harbour Place will be opening before 2009 chinese new year and it's confirmed that MBO cinema is coming in. Also, saw in the papers recently that Tune Group has invested and ventured into retail space with Harbour Place. Something to look forward i guess....

and what had been rumoured is that this is Malaysia's 1st Digital Cinema to be opened in Harbour Place. Digital cinemas had been around in our neighbouring countries for quite some time ago. (like Thailand & Singapore)

also, they will have quite a large ICT centre in Harbour Place too... perhaps something like Low Yat...hopefully better in presentation and resonable in price too...
