Next Fitness center in klang?

luckily my office got a gym with lots of equipment.. was working out for a few months and now bought a few set of weights to do it at home..
fitness centre not cheap and require commitments..

in fact, we are using those few machines only at the gym.
If we bought it and use it at home, it saves money for long run...

I think it requires lot's of commitment to go gym. Setting at home is cheap but also an expensive affair if u starts not to use it.
I think before u buy a gym set, go gym first.
If u are going like more than 3 times a week, then why not get a set urself? Tax deductable.

But if don't have the motivation, they stick to a gym membership. Got motivation. Ada leng lui and leng chai tengok, plus kaki to go gym.

i got plans to get a sandbag for me to wallop.. the prob is to get a proper place to mount it.. hehe.. i dun have the luxury of a big home.. guess.. for the time being, i will need to be at my office gym more..

My recommendation is don't hang it. It's can be quite a burdensome just to hang the sand bag on the ceiling. U need to get a good hook plus a joker to install it. If ceiling kuat tak ape lar... if not, then suddenly u punch it, the whole thing fell down... then u need to repair ur cement ceiling, more money wasted.

I have seen one on AEON last sunday where the punch bag that stands like a pole. I am not sure how much it cost, but perhaps u can consider that.

Any idea yoga class at klang besides fitness first, Y fitness ?

Check some places in Bayu Perdana klang. My sister attend a local yoga class which cost less than 50 bucks a month... If I am not mistaken, somewhere near Brother's Shop row or the follow row.
