I am opening a latest Fitness Centre.
In fact, you get paid RM2 an hour just to workout. Where to get? Come to my house. You can choose between: 1. Sweeping: Though it sounds simple but it's a great cardio workout. You have to synchronize both your hand and mouth movement. Besides, you get to train your eye sight by making sure no dust, rubbish is on the floor. 2. Mopping: Similar to Sweeping but you get to train your strength everytime you try to dry the mop. Excellent way to build your hand mussle. 3. Washing the car: Have u guys seen "Karate Kid"? With my special training, I guarantee u will learn self defense in no time. 4. Babysitting: This is the lastest in thing that I have developed. It will help to train your mental strength by handling a crying baby. wow... by the time u know it... most probably you would developed be able move objects with your mind. If any of you are interested, application is free right now. hehehhehehehe |

cklam, why dun u stand infront of Fitness First call them stop joining. go ur house workout especially those BIG BIG muscle one. see how they respond .......

Bonny,
They would take the vacuum cleaner and chase me out lor... Anyway, just releasing stress lar. Go to a fitness centre if you are committed. It's not cheap. But yet it could be fun. I also go to the gym... long long time ago lar.. but with work, a baby and wife... no money liao... even got also must spare for future. So I workout alternatively using the above method. Usually mopping, washing car and jaga baby lor. Still can't move object though hehehhee... So, how do u choose a good gym? Go and look at their equipment and trainer. Sometimes talking to people who are going to the gym will help. The environment is important to make you want to go there. By the way, always get a friends. Always help. |

For me, I want to go... but got to keep as much money else where. Have to keep fit the old by doing house chores (if I am not too lazy )and taking care of the kiddo. Just wondering, has Yoga Zone tutup kedai already? I read in the paper that they were closed due to management issue. Do they have 2nd hand gym set to sell? Cheap cheap, I can setup up at home
