Nam Kwon DO

hi all

Anyone from klang knew about Chinese Boxing name as "Nam Kwon Do", actually I'm x-member of that martial arts. I has learned this Nam Kwon Do from 1987 in klang town near Tabung Haji since then in 2003 the center has moved to ford car showroom at "bulatan 100" after that in 2006, I lost contact with the master. I feel wanna continue the martial arts, anyone knew about the "Nam Kwon Do", pls let me know.

wah all these Korean martial arts starting to get popular again ar? I just heard someone talking about Sang Moo Do the other day...what a coincidence. But sorry la klangboy i dunno about Nam Kwon Do.

Speaking of Korean martial arts, my colleague is learning Choi Kwang Do. As I understand it, the grandmaster used to learn Tae Kwon Do. (NOTE: In no means I label Choi Kwang Do as inferior or off-shoot of Taekwondo)

Personally, I just go to company's gym and hit the sandbag to my heart's content to release stress

for you infomation CHOI KWANG DO is not korean martial art. yes grandmaster kwang jo choi (choi kwang do founder) is korean but Choi Kwang Do Martial Art International Born in United State.
