What is why nowadys a lot of people joining MLM. It can be considered as your own business. You have what you do. MLM costs very minimal to get started with high profit margin.

He he....out of 100, how many of them actually succeed in MLM?

RE: Master Program
indonesia is not a bad place for education, i have a fren went there to get his education and now he is a doctor.

need alot to retired if you want to sustain a good lifestyle... may be the trends for us is to migrate to another country with lower cost of living or move out to small town in malaysia... i think by the time i retired klang will be a developed city and cost of living will be many times higher than now..

RE: Master Program
wat u mentioned is quite true and agree with that. u see, generally, approx 90% of m'sian are not ready for price increases and that was the tool used by PR(Pakatan Rakyat) to capitalized on "barang naik" issues during GE campaign. i believe u too dun agree with "barang naik" and u found ways to source ur $$$ of says xtra 5% to compensate for that which is very good thus minimize ur worries. however u can't expect majority of m'sians to generate says xtra 5% in income....and that's reality happened in average/majority m'sians household... such as wage earners.

KURAUKING Wrote:Akceli lifecode, that's another wrong thinking(i refer it as negative reasoning). We should be thinking of ways on how to beat the cost of living/inflation. We can't really control the world inflation so the next best thing is to be ready for it. For example, M'sia yearly inflation is ><5%, if we can find a source to generate 5% X 'our total spending per year', you have overcome the worries of things being expensive. Things will keep on raising and we can't do anything about it except be ready for it.....Tongue

demands your boss for salary raise not less then 5% if you are an employee..

pay ur employee 5% less and transfer that to our own salary if you are a boss.

sell your items more expensive to gain 5% more profit to cover the cost of living or operating if you are a business man...

worst come to worst.. look for a second part time job, freelance job, wat so ever... i see my contacts in jakarta all have more than one job to cover the expensive cost of living there.

RE: Master Program
Klang with city status.....?! not impressive at all. better work on potholes and uneven roads. juz look at bkt tinggi/botanic roads condition alone....disappointing....previous gomen spent millions/billions for unworthy projects instead of working in improving the state infrastructure which really need the attentions Tongue another sad story.....
