RE: Master Program
delayed gratification, ok 2nd attempt from me, it means you want something badly, say a nice car, but you willing to wait for the right momment to get the right deal, for example, wait for financial crisis, to see if any cannot sustain their lifestyle and willing to sell their car cheap cheap, then you just grab it. some scenario on the stock market.. financial crisis, wait for the stocks to drop like shit.. then you buy in lower and wait patiently for it to rise when the economy recover?

i did the survey from Central Michigan university - http://www.happypsych.com/
part of my result ~~~ "your responses indicate that you are sometimes able to withstand discomfort for the sake of long-term gains, but in some areas you are more concerned with immediate pleasure"

RE: Master Program
LoL Mak, no one says it's gonna be easy. Well, Delayed Gratification is a discipline you'll need if you want to get out of yr rat race. Clear off all yr liabilities and you'll need to build a network of income that'll help you enhance yr assets. Can you do that without delaying yr gratifications~???
