RE: Master Program
Update....
![]() This is what i meant by worrying to much on the 'afforable factor thingy' and worring too much about fear of rising cost of living till you kenot focus on the correct path of 'the right things to do'. As you know, this is not the first time fuel price increases and it's not going to be the last. Just sit back and think, what and how did the last time fuel price increased effect yr life~??? Even if you include the 'snow balling' factor due to the previous fuel price increased, you still bought a Rm200++ adidas shoe right~??? ![]() All these worries will sub consciously prevent you from progressing forward to a better financial future. Just do a simple calculation on the fuel price increase base on yr fuel usage per month. Let's say you use Rm500.00 of fuel each month and the gomen decide to increase a 20% on fuels. This means yr fuel usage will increased from Rm500.00 to Rm600.00 per month, a increased of Rm100.00 per month base on the 20% fuel price increased. Of course the 'market' will follow suit by increasing the price of their services or products thus, the price increase 'snow balling' effect starts. How would you wanna solve this problem~??? From my observation on past few fuel price increased, i've noticed..... 1)Some ppl would start thinking ways on how to cut overhead cost 2)Some working class will start demanding to their company to increased their fuel allowance 3)Some would work harder, less spending and earn more 4)Some businesses with less 'foundation' will resort to retrenching workers 5)Migrate 6)Complaint about the gomen 7)84 ways to save fuel 8)and many more... ![]() If you sit back and really observe, you'll also notice this... 1)some 'properties' due to low demand, the price decrease 2)some of the 'stock' with good 'foundation' which was affected by the fuel price increase also drops 3)second hand car value drops due to the fact that there will be more sellers than buyers 4)Locally manufactured cars sales increased as more ppl opt for fuel economical cars 5)and many more(if you stop worrying and start focusing, you'll see more)..... ![]() Like i say, there's a lot of ppl 'worrying' about the fuel price increased but believe me, there's some who are ready to go 'shopping' during this fuel price increased crisis. Whether you wanna be in the 'worrying group' or the 'shopper group', only you yourself can decide......
