I think it is just a public park, so don't have to pay. Evening time always see a lot of people doing exercise there. G-happy01

I personally prefer the Botanic Lake Park. Walk path around the elongated lake with children playground, fountains and bridges. A must go for every evening if time permitted. G-cool-man-02
