RE: Looking for internship in food industries
i want to share my humble advice here, based on experience.

internship is all about learning. it is a good opportunity to relate what you have learnt in school/univ and try to apply those learnings in your internship. it doesn't matter big or small company, what matters is that you can learn and people are willing to give you a chance to learn.

both big and small companies will provide you with a different learning platform, both equally important for a graduate to join the workforce in the future.

You can search for many internship jobs here: http://job-search.jobstreet.com/malaysia...6&campus=1

After a brief search, i found 2 that are relevant (i think):
http://my.jobstreet.com/jobs/2008/10/def...5.htm?fr=J
http://my.jobstreet.com/jobs/2008/9/defa...9.htm?fr=J

i wish you best of luck!

RE: Looking for internship in food industries
Very true....
i would like to c how does the food industries works.
As none of my relative involve in this area and i have no experience whatsoever.
this is a good learning base for me. right now, i cant really see where i'll b in this industry.

well, maybe this is true for most undergrads. Some ppl are not studying the course they wanted.

however, working for the bigger companies...do 'beautify' the cv in a way. that's where some tend to be impressed. Right?
I not discriminating the smaller ones. afterall the big companies start from small. We can c how differently the companies strut their stuff.
i do feel that everything comes down to how motivated are the students to learn..to work and to gain experience.

thundercats...thank you for your insights and the links. i've send in my resume to campbell before and still waiting for the reply.

Thank you.
