I am using Dell XPS.... no problem so far. And I have been using Dell all this while. My old Dell Latitude which coming to 6 years now... still running, just a bit slow now. Sometimes depends on your luck. As peki said Dell is famous for good after sale service. G-cool-man-01

RE: Laptop Recommendation
After service from DELL is good but not only that if you signed up the extended warranty you can change the the laptop casing for free, HDD if found with minimum bad sector also can change or claim. I got a DELL latitude and about 4 years now, so before the extended warranty end I've requested DELL to check and i got all of the above changed. Smile
