ok for jogging, Klang Stadium & Taman Rakyat is nice. I prefer Tmn Rakyat cuz the track more varied, got jungle trail abit, and usually lotsa lenglui lengchai. Those wanna go for slow jog to prevent injuries, go for the stadium cuz its flat ground.

For mountain biking, definately FRIM in Kepong!! U can rent their mountain bikes there, so no need to bring ur own one.
Self-defence, rock climbing, cross-country, swimming, makan makan ... PM me if you're looking for an activity buddy!

Oh, I go for morning walks in Taman Rakyat too... seldom tho, but sometimes Sat/ Sun suddenly heng wan to go, i'll go hehe
Seeking for scanlators, translators, proofreaders, typesetters and QCs for yaoi releases... if you don't like yaoi/ shounen-ai, then it's not your cup-of-tea.
