divided into few categories: (by age)
1. 15-20, guys must be romantic no money nvm.... 2. 21-23, guys still have to be romantic, plus hv 2 hv spare $$$ to paktoh at coffee bean...chilli's.....buy MNG, Guess, Esprit ...for gf 3. 24-30, the golden rules: guys still have to b romantic(can't help it gals like it), have to have MORE $$$ to cater for higher class restaurant....no longer MNG, Guess now...but CK, DKNY... Dun forget, it's time to plan ur future...if a guy can provide house (not low cost flat)....car (not kancil not waja)....tiffany ring for propose/ marriage then sure can win gals heart. 4. 31-40, the golden rule still apply, on top of it, guys must b extremely gentleman, understanding and of course have a mature thinking. 5. 40 and above, u just need MANY MANY $$$ to win a gals heart....so easy.... |

Well.....most of you would have heard of the 5C's ( Car, Condo, Credit Card(Platinum), Cash and Career ) requirement.. but already upgraded to newer 5 B's liao.
Check this out: I don't need a CAR, but I want a BMW I don't need a CONDO, but I want a BUNGALOW I don't need you to have CASH but I want you to own a BANK I don't need you to have a CAREER but I want you to be a BOSS  The new 5B's? B - BMW B - Body B - Brain B - Billionaire B - Bungalow

due to the increasingly demanding nature of modern independent women nowadays, can't really blame the men from outsourcing their brides from 3rd world countries to start their family especially when age is catching up with them lagi.
 but I wonder why would a women fall for foreign workers especially those so called bollywood actors lookalike? are they really that great of a smooth talker and ultra romantic compared to an average malaysian joe?

nwbinklang said it partially right..honesty and sincerity...are one of those few aspects. Caring, Understanding, Patience are also qualities needed.
Okay..since you all started with money talk, i think not many girls are that materialistic. As long as the man is capable to show/prove to the girl he's able to take care/protect her always, then she'll be very touched.
