Do not accept all that the Health Ministry says. Even if they say they have a vaccine for this thing, do all you can to ake precautions against the H1N1 flu. Always bear in mind that in these troubled time, there are always ppl who are out to make money (selling so-called vaccines, etc.) by persuading ppl that it will give them protection! So yes I agree with the commentors that Malaysia does NOT have the vaccine for this flu, even if they did, it is of the wrong type. Remember the Nipah virus case last time? Same thing happened lar! - Told to me by a reliable source, I won;t say who in case he/we get in trouble, but the msg is.... CONTINUE TO BE CAUTIOUS!

I heard, consuming Cholestrum is very much helps. cause it increases antibody dramically. since cholestrum IS THE FIRST Line of defence when babies are born.... A friend of mine consumes it regularly. Hard to see him fall sick. Dunno what brand, But I can ask him for anyone interested.

If we have a healthy body, we can fight against the H1N1 virus. And about this vaccination, I agree about it, if it really can prevent us for having sick. The money is not important if we are talking about our health.
