In my opinion, father & mother play the equal role in pampering or discipling their children. If either one of them take bigger role on one part, the consequence is children will scared on the person always discipline them & the communication problem maight arised in future. For those parent play a bigger role on pampering children, the consequence might be children too rely on them & sometimes, they might simply throw their temper to their parent & become very unreasonable. Remember, children are smart and they are good in controling the mind of their parent. I prefer that when parent discipline or pamparing the children, the other party shouldn't voice out & if the other party doesn't agrre with the way that dicipline or pamparing the children, they should discuss it later inside the room & not in front of children.

Talking about this century, how many father out there has the time to spent with their children, guiding them with daily work and discipline them? Maybe you get 2 out of 20 fathers that take over the role of the mother. Generally, mothers is more education on childhood care cos God provide us the miracle of mother instinct.
