thats y i said..this guy exceptional...5 year warranty on motherboard. lcd 1 year, batt 1 year.

certain SE phones are 18-24month warranty.

Ap set is those set "imported" from Thailand mostly to Msia..
Ap set also is sort of "recondition" phone too.. alot of shop doing recondition now to gain more profit..

if u buy ori set too, get from their authorize dealer not simply a shop from the store..
as u should noe stickers of ORI - Zitron/Avaax especially is widely made fake/immitation..

TS, if u going to HTC, go lowyat there is HTC booth outside of it..
its Authorize HTC shop..

Ap set only offer 3month warranty on speaker, headset, screen, charger.. some others i not sure.. i think battery too..

for Ori.. all the thing within the phone exclude casing is 1year and for Samsung FMG is 1 and half year..

no authorized HTC shop or resellers around klang meh? nd to go until lowyat?

I would want to clarify bout this AP set and ori set thing. I have been buyin and sellin phones on lelong, lowyatnet and also mypda forums so far ori and ap there's no diff. Only problems comes with those refurb phones. 5800 so far no refurb yet, but if n95 n96 u might encounter refurbs. It's easiest to check for nokia phone if u use their imei usually u can check the origin and also date manufacturer.
To compare I got 3 nokia 5800 one is ori from zitron bought at sg. wang authorised digi reseller coz i use my digi points to claim the phone. Other stalls sellin it at Rm 1499 I bought it with a RM 350 discount. Everything got zitron sticker and phone is brand new but if din remember wrong is made n singapore or hk or china. Next I bought one 5800 at shaw centre point price Rm 1000 nia. This ons is AP coz at this price sure dun have ori one. And this shop I have been purchasin lots of phones from them diff compare to ori zitron is coz this AP phone is from Finland, they dont have the video out cable, mebe got taken out or sumthing but I did check the net and certain regions dun come with it. 3rd 5800 I bought for my dad comes with everything same as zitron and is made in europe or mexico i dun remember as I dun have the phone wif me. All 3 phones are original from nokia just diff region, and to be honest I prefer those made in finland. Why ? Coz nokia is from Finland if their original birth place dun have good qc then god knows what other places are making then.
Bout refurbs, well it's very common and their workshop are those big ap dealers locally. Lowyat Plaza got one, Ampang point also got one, then at Cheras Tmn. Maluri also got one. Just try to look at the sticker on those AP set that's their main distributor. Some refurb old phones and replace those exterior parts with new, coz even box, manual nowadays oso can buy.
So pls be aware not all AP phones r crap just those refurbs and to check, usually those screws, or the phone u can feel it's not 100% new. AP and ori zitron or any authorized phones u hold it u can feel edi, but at klang I kena many times cheated by those small time small stalls even Klang Digi centre at town there cheated me once by sellin a used sonyericsson T610 which again I buy usin digi points. It's a white phone so got sum black / dark blemished at side of phone I edi complain coz i'm buyin ori phone takan give me their demo set. That retailer say no no they will give new one. So i went and pay at counter and came back they say kautim edi everything settle my gf also hapi got new phone so we din reli check.
When we went back I check the phone got their photos of the digi centre, their sales ppl pics and so on I wanted to complain but gf say nvm .

so how should i know which distributor for ap is the best. Currently i wan to buy SE YARI. Is any1 can intro to me where can buy cheap and quality ap. thx
