The Freecycle™ Network, Malaysia, where one person's trash is another's treasure! We are "changing the world one gift at a time". This site is primarily for the inhabitants of Klang Malaysia. Our goal is to reduce waste by connecting people who are throwing away unwanted items with others seeking the same items. No item is too big or too small; but since this is a FREEcycle list, ALL items must be 100% free, legal & appropriate for all ages. Freecycle™ lies somewhere between the garage sale and the dump, and is much cooler than either. It's an innovative concept that harnesses the power of the Internet to do what the Internet does best -- eliminate the middleman and empower the individual. Freecycle™ allows for personal contact between donor and recipient -- each gets exactly what they want, and nobody is considered a 'charity case.' Many members both give and receive items on a regular basis. No overhead, no intermediaries, no money changing hands, no waste and no catch, and everyone's happy. haha...finally!
i came to know about freecycle when i was in england... its kinda popular there... then i found out freecycle KL...joined and received email updates about it quite often. hopefully freecycle klang will be popular too lah... thanks merlinda for sharing... |

I got to know this Freecycle thing from KL & PJ . . . but sometimes the pickup place is quite far for me . . . that's why hope that Klang will have something like that too . . .
 Anyone who has something to OFFER or anything you WANT can also be posted there . . Thanks everyone !!!

This is great! I have some clothes that I wanted to give out but couldn't find a place other than tsu ji last time, but they reject it straight away... think they had a tough time dividing them... and the clothes ended up in trash... what a pity...
