G-happy01 Fantastic idea....but now a bit too late.....if jog by the mosque must cover whole body.....no shorts , no singlets !!! G-luigi G-mario-running G-luigi G-mario-running

RE: Calling all jogers
Hey dudes...an update for DAP Freedom Run 15/11/08.

RPK made an appearance at DAP Pandamaran Svc Centre...kinda like some celebrity. Alot of pandamaran folk turned up to watch, participants was around 50-100.

The run itself was a relay run, with 20 odd runners sitting in a truck, changing places every 200metres. The person who runs will carry the "Freedom from ISA flag". Anyway i was targeting to go all the way to Klang bridge, however only made it to Jln KimChuan padang before calling it quits. I had to run all the way there, whereas the flag bearer kept changing runner every 200m...so in the end I was lagging 1km behind.

It was fun, and managed to make a few new friends as well. Oh yeah, there was police presence and a few of them from special force too. Luckily no one kena bungkus to Kamunting prison Big Grin

Eh u very brave lah JC...this is the first time im seeing a lady daring to run on Klang streets. Even for a guy I have to watch out for suspicious characters...and stray dogs also. Keep safe ya.

Self-defence, rock climbing, cross-country, swimming, makan makan ... PM me if you're looking for an activity buddy!
