No modification done on this car because it's a Japs recon unregistered car. The term recons car means to restore to good condition, especially by repairing, renovating, or rebuilding.
A reconditioned car is a used car but was repaired by the manufacturer, i.e worn out parts is replaced, re-painted and if interior parts like those seats looks old will be re-upholstered. The car should look and should run like it is brand new.
