Taman rakyat also nice.

I always go there on sunday weekends early morning at 6.30am.

Exercise is good for all of us.

but the problem is.. I heard there are alot of car got broken and stuffs had been taken away. (got stolen).... My sister is one of the victim

Yea i heard some story also @ Taman Rakyat especially @ nite. be extra careful & park in a bright place especially @ nite.

Yup...no jokes.. It's true! must be careful when you drive there or alone!

Fitness First is now opening in Jaya Jusco Klang.

I think Fitness First is the market leader at the moment. It has 12 branches within Malaysia, which 12 located at Klang Valley. They are located at strategic location. Very convience...It has promotion now, RM175 for Passport(means you can work out at any branches within Malaysia and worldwide)

Others have fewer branches.
