Hi.. Hi..

Anyone from botanic?? I'm from the Casuarina Apartment, Botanic......G-happy01
hi..i'm from casuarina too.

y botanic bogus..? got problem huh...with the s****d developer?! lots of ppl here also facing it. G-mad-1
in fact, we are thinking of setting up a persatuan penduduk....can't get bullied by dev. we need a stronger voice to oppose their s****d rules/reg. a strong participation from all races is needed to form the persatuan. pls share if you encountered any problem in casuarina. thx
I thought botanic is one of the well developed housing area in klang (besides the close distance to the elec cables). What happened?
I put botanic bogus cos it ryhmes.. hehe.. but stayin there so far was not much of the problem.. only that day was informed by the burger selling guy dat due to lack of security, there was a house at block A was robbed in the afternoon... Then on the early of April, a Gen 2 on block D lost all 4 of his tyre to the thieves.. currently the guards was oways seen patrolling every block in the area.. G-mario-runningG-luigi
once on the weekdays, i went back during the lunch hour and had seen the guards questioned a car who wants to enter our permises.. G-pirate-01 well, they may not be the best, but they tried right.... But couldnt agree more with their s****d rules/reg wish sumone should do something bout it..G-throw-stone-01

trying to built 1st class infrastr but with 3rd world mentality lor....poorly planned plus with at least 4-5 roundabout in the area. roundabout design is already outddated. ppl do not need roundabout anymore....wat ppl need is well planned residential area. lazy way out is come out with r/about G-mad-1 i called it "boh tak che" design...G-bart-blueh

if u drive from bkt tinggi to botanic, can notice the lousy roads...uneven and potholes(re-tarred some few days ago)....and it's surrounded by "lalang" along the way plus the transmission tower....despite the health risk, the dev is more interested in making $$$. my apt unit is abt 500m away from the transmission lines and i'm thinking of moving out once i finished paying my car next year.... G-sad02 got few block probably 100-200m away only. the lower cost apt there even worse and same goes to part of 2-storey hse in bkt tinggi and botanic...

Agreed the most bout the road from bukit tinggi to our apartment.. dark, road full of potholes, sometimes u can see the cows trying to cross the road and if u're lucky, sometimes u'll see cow 's "gold" on the road.. G-one-teeth-missing

guess the cases happened 1-2 mths ago....i oso heard abt it. dun be so hopeful abt the guard afterall most of them are foreigners. they are more worried of their life than us. if they were to encounter thief, i dun think they will go to chase and fight. probably juz shout out loud. if they encountered indons thief, guess the guard will run away first....

currently, there's no systematic rules in allowing visitors in. once(last week) one guard engaged in heated argument with one regular visitor who's a nasi lemak seller relative. in turn, the guard was ticked off by the mgt ofis personnel. G-brush-teeth

hehehe..can install alarm if u want to Smile) get urself metal clamp for the grille and lock it with padlock(esp when u are out to work/shop). padlock alone to the grilled is not that good. can be easily broken.

normally i've seen only 1-2 guard patrolling the area but not sure after 12am, they still do that. thief normally start their "work" after 2am.
well..i guess crime and theft is pretty much unavoidable nowadays...

ever heard of cases in Mutiara Damansara, where a few Subaru Imprezas (150 to 250k) each goes missing in matter of days and weeks?... and imagine how tight were the security there..

sigh~

as for the casuarina case, well i guess they seriously need to beefed up on security...also owner precautions is as important.... i used to own an apartment there too....recently sold...
