Forget to tell u all.. RM 99 come with a packages wan .. is only applicable for STUDENT only n by credit card auto debit.. hehe but i am not a student wo haha. n is A Silver Member club . means u can only select 4 days per week .. eithers mon,wed,fri n sun OR tues,thurs,sat n sun.. hehe. n silver member can only enter the fitness centre where u sign up not like Gold member where u can enter any California Fitness centre Whole MSIA..

so thats the catch la...too bad.

Anyway maintaining gym membership with petrol at rm2.70 is abit of a killer la....dont forget rm2.70 is just with the current world oil price, ppl are expecting the price to go over USD200 per barrel...that time everyone might as well push their car to work(for exercise).

lets see.....jogging in the padang is free, pusat akautik is RM2.50 per entry, taekwondo rm40, cycling.... hmm hmm hmm

I join FF only 1st June 2008.

I am very new still.

Overall, I think FF is good. More branches.

Any improvement after joing FF?

Depends on individual goals la...u must be disciplined, know what you're doing, and have some patience.

General rule is, if u want to burn up the 'lemak', go for the treadmill/rowingmachine/bicycle. Tummy fat especially. No amount of sit-ups is gonna give u a slim trim supermodel tummy.

If u want to build muscles, go for the weights.

Whichever u choose, u will see improvements in the first 3 months (provided u dont curi tulang)...after that, if u still hardworking, u will have improvements, but it will come gradually la. Anyway if you're lost, just ask ppl la. Most fellas there are frenly.

Yes, I can feel too. People there are friendly and nice
