Initially bought for stay, but both me and my gf are working in KL, hence, we are considering to get another place closer to our work to reduce travel time and expenses..

Good location no doubt, just a L shape around from the new JUSCO...

U can use NKVE drive to KL isn't that convenience

Haha...just replied Pooh88 earlier on that....

Initially bought for stay back in its launching in 2005, however, now both of us work in KL, hence selling to get another place closer to KL for work and travel convenience....



Btw, just stumble upon this forum today...good job guys....its about time Klang get "online"...haha

-i think it depends on where u work? if you are working in damansara... probably setia alam is a better place.

-i was thinking between setia alam and bandar botanic. at the end, choosing bandar botanic because it's more happening......
-setia alam has nothing much to offer at this moment.. no shopping mall... not happening....
jalan meru cannot have more lanes. once bandar bukit raja and other developments are completed, jln meru is not accessible due to the jam and the only way to go is NKVE which costs me $$$$$$.

-i'm working in IT industry. most of the IT companies are at TPM, cyberjaya...(south of klang valley)...kesas is better than NKVE in this case.
in this case, it's better kesas access is better.

I'm working in the golden triangle....
Hence, daily travel Klang - KL - Klang....is quite taxing...and my job's too stable to leave...
