Anyone Interested In Spa Business ?

Hi all,

there's a spa center in Bukit Tinggi going to close down its business, just wonder anyone interested to continue the business. The initial capital is 250k, monthly maintenance roughly 30 k.

The spa center is a 3-storey shoplot, but it has been renovated with bathroom, jacuzzi pool, steam bath facilities in the basement. The Ground floor & 1st floor all designed with individual facial rooms and japanese style massage room as well. Equipped with lockers facility, mirros and changing room, man spa room.

I have been their customer for almost 5 years, so feel abit sad when heard the spa center is going to close down...

my fren said they will move to another place also in bukit tinggi, some conflict between the investors..

did u get the money back on the un-use packages? my fren just signed up the massage package last month and this month they said they closing down..

I didn't ask for refund but they gave me back same value products as replacement of unused package. You also one of the customer there ?
