hi,

actually the plan is to include A5 too coz we have already printed the car stickers to include the 2 new rows at A5. The progress has been quite slow and i'm not sure whether we will be able to meet the dateline of 80% signing up with sasa at the end of the month. pls help us to spread the message if you can.

we hv been having problems cz some residents want to open the exit near the roundabout. if its convenient for the residents, its also convenient for the intruders. some people just don't think see the whole picture.

anyway, pls contact mr ivan at 016-2221131 for further details. thanks.

yes, coz it was initiated by different groups of residents. actually, the sasa security manager is also staying in a4 so naturally the residents at a1,a2,a3,a4 would rather have sasa so it would be easier to give our feedback etc.

anyway, where r you staying? hp to maybe see you in the park one day. bye n tk care.202

RE: Anyone from Parkland Bukit Tinggi?
This is going to be a bit of a long post.

I am planning to get a semi-dee in Parklands. I believe the model name is called Cornelia since Aster and Aspen sold out. Cornelia has bigger built up area than Aster and Aspen but the price is tremendously higher at RM688k.

Even at RM688k, it's still nothing compared to Botanic 2, Setia Alam, BBT2. The current semi-D for Botanic is at least 700k++ with smaller built up. For Setia Alam 34x80 is already 1.1m and BBT hasnt got much semi-D for sale, one next to Papa Kopitiam area is asking for RM980k.

I visited the WCT office today and was told that Parklands is known as Parcel B. The last portion of WCT development in Klang will be Parcel C, which is deeper into Parklands, along Persiaran Delima. Every bungalow there will have their own private pool and there is a total of 4 guard house to guard the area as oppose to Aster / Aspen / Cornelia Semi-D which does not have guards.

I would like to ask for those who has been living in Parklands, how is it? I hope you can elaborate more in terms of:
1. Security, break-ins, lurking indonesian and bangladeshi workers around the area, etc
2. Haze and pollution from nearby factories
3. Jam towards BBT2 and Botanic (the other side of Kesas). Is there any other way besides Jalan Langat? How about the other way near the Petronas towards Telok Gong, that roads lead into Pandamaran Econsave, yes?
4. If I have to take Kesas to work, instead of exiting Jalan Langat to Kesas. Can I exit Jalan Kebun to Kesas via Jalan Johan Setia?

I am seriously considering signing up for Cornelia this Saturday. Hope you guys can enlighten me before Sat comes. Thanks.
