I am getting corporate rate at the moment.

For normal people, passport about RM200, pomotion is RM175

Non passport is about Rm159 if not mistaken...cannot really remember

If really wanna commit urself to a gym...at least try jogging 1-2 months consistently to see if can tahan or not.

Just grab a MP3 player and hit the track at Sultan Sulaiman Stadium la. Lotsof ppl there and nice environment. Summore all the bakuteh shop nearby talk about convinient.

My friend kena sweet talk by the FF consultant, joined up for 175 per month...after 3 months he puncet liow...wasted.

Means you join FF and pay nothing for June . You feel the pain only on July. Ha ha...
