Aman Perdana, looks ok to me. Price is good and affordable with better built up land.
Well, since I was born in Klang, I always like klang than in PJ or KL, which I have stayed before..
but Klang is much peaceful than PJ or KL... sorry to mention btw. Things are cheaper and
I love original food. That's only town you can get every food original taste. PJ or KL food are
mostly modified or added stuffs to make good. Original Klang people are nice...so nothing
to worry about. (Generation Family who born in Klang)
Even though is far to travel, but sometimes we need to travel away from heavy traffic and busy streets. The security, normally Klang.. all we heard of Gangsterism.. but Gangsterism is
everywhere. As long you live in the community and guarded area, then you have nothing to worry
about. Nowadays, Klang is different than previously.. people are getting smarter.

Condos, mostly for private couples or families... Houses (landed property) for Community families..
It depends how you want to be.

My opinion, I like to get up in the morning, having breakfast with a view, say hi to my neighbours.. watering my plants.. sitting at terrace area reading newspaper with a cup of coffee in your hands... then wash my car, do some gardening.. etc etc.. then at nite,
invite few friends over have a karaoke or movie sessions with full surround speakers.. etc etc..
that's why I love to landed property.

If to think about condo unit.. well, I have stayed once.. I never actually like it, coz' till today, I am still wondering, who's my neighbour... he he he he..
then, I cannot make loud noise, otherwise I will disturb few families, who wants to sleep early,
breakfast in the morning.. at the breakfast table, coz' balcony cannot fit the table, and lots of bugs
around lying dead on the floor balcony. My living is my dining... and my dining is my kitchen..
Then, I hate to leave my condo unit in a lift. I have enough taking lift at my office, now I have
to use the lift to go to my unit... nahhhh ... parking my car is the same feeling like parking my
car in the office builidng right now. What happened if all lifts are not working??..using the stairs??..
which I had a few expreiences to walk up to 30th floor... Malaysian Condo maintenance and services is useless compare Singapore.. (which I have stayed over there)..

Security.... normally, house neighbours will tend to take care your house if you are away.. coz
neighbours could see you leaving in the morning and greet you. Condos, more private.. and possiblity you will never know your neighbours... coz' when you leave your unit, no one knows..
till you bump them in the lifts...

So, that's my opinion. what do you think?.. come in and be part of community landed life than
living in the sky, mostly day dreaming which you know you cannot fly... he he he he he
just joking.. but this is your choice. i am only point out my opinion. Well, Aman perdana pricing is good and affordable compare to setia alam... too expensive. beside, it is Shah Alam territory which Setia Alam bought over the Klang territory.. due to that, the price went up twice. So, to me
it is not worth it.... but no doubt setia alam house is nice.. Eco Park is even better. I wish I could afford that, because the most cheapest is about MYR 1.5mils.... Anyway, you cannot have everything perfect.. right??... so, happy choosing your properties.. keep in touch. Who knows, we will bump into each other one day.. ~ D

It's really informative and got me contemplating more.
Perhaps, even more confused now bout what I want as compared to a few days earlier!

actually to really look into it, there's pros and cons of both condo and landed.. but bottom line is which would be the most comfortable to us right?

some said, not worth paying so much to own an air space, better own a piece of land.. which i think is true too.

actually i've lived in both landed and condo too..
i hate condos when it comes to parking.. with the dents risk..
and dear god, especially when carrying ur groceries too..
also when the lifts are out of service, oh yes.. i share ur sentiment.

landed, is really senang, can wash car when u like..
pack things also senang. but have to think of the bugs and nyamuk..
then leh, the chances of dust accumulation is high too.
what i scared most is ppl (read thief) can just jump in like dat.
the last time, my rented landed house punya septic tank cover kena curi...

neighbours i think the same gua.. get terrible neighbour, landed or not makes no difference.

if can get landed property complete with security guards, that's the best.. but then, comes the next question bout budget..
but that's another subject liao...

well, i'll think bout it.. and who knows, perhaps we might be neighbours in AP... (but can confirm if u really love k-ok at nite.. to do it every weekend or so ar.. hehe)

had this problem...

Yeah.. there's always the budget and pricing to involve when comes to purchasing property. No one can deny it... I can name few safe housing area in Klang (which I can only know of)..
1) Taman Chi Liung, 2) Palm Groove, 3) Bukit tinggi, 4) Botanic, 5) Andalas area, 6) Petaling Garden (not in PJ arrr.. it is in Klang).. I am not too sure with AP yet, coz' not yet stay. But seeing the environment, I think it is ok...
Actually, Klang is a nice place to stay. We are really friendly and nice to everyone....
so, not too worry about security... we protect each and everyone here.

Ohhh yesss!.. it will be great if you are my neighbouring in AP.. i will surely invite for movies and
k-ok.. ha ha ha.... I have specially design a room that similar to Mid Valley Gold class type... except
no pop corn.. he he he he But to do every weekend of K-ok nite.. hmmm if I can sing so
beautifully, then i don't mind to do every weekend.. maybe everyday.. ha ha ha ha...
