Advice - Dynasty or Regency or Pelangi

halo everyone. hope to seek advice from local klangnites..

looking to buy a condo.. so a choice between dynasty, regency or pelangi heights..

which is better and has more family house?
my main priority is safety...

Selyn, I been too all the condo. For me, I'll choose Regency.
Dynasty...Many nasty things happening.
Pelangi Height........messy la......

No la......Juz heard a lot from ppl there are many
china, thai and indon girl service customers.....
Ppl juz enter at mid night and the guard allow!!!
Not so safe la.

Regency..I frenz stay there.....So far is best la I think.
