What to do after work?

Hi...
1st time posting to this forum.
I don't know what to do after work, eversince I decided to reduce working overtime (not good for mental health...hahahha).
I would like to know, are there any
1) dance classes (modern dance)
2) guitar classes
3) badminton session for newbies (sometimes I can't even hit the shuttlecocks!!)
or any form of recreational activities that doesn't require much membership fee?
In Klang of course....preferably around Bukit Tinggi/Bayu Perdana area?

Hi ophelia,
Bayu Perdana got line dance every Tuesdays and Fridays. I see many practicing at the basketball court around 8:00pm. Not sure if it is free.

They are charging Line dancing in Bayu Perdana at RM30 per month if i'm not mistaken.

Merlinda, the link that you posted is very interesting. I am interested in few courses offered there. Is there a fee to pay or is it free? Plus I can't read chinese. Dang!

Ophelia, I'm into Yoga. It does required much fees. So I'm not suggesting that to you here. *ngek

Hi Hijackqueen,

I'm quite interested in the line dancing thing - a great way to sweat out !
Is it the dancing academy in the 3rd floor at the Brother's Car Accessories shop ??

There is a fee to be paid... For instance the Pottery thing - total of 12 classes at RM 200.00. Material + burning RM 100.
The teacher will be teaching a new thing every week and by the time your classes end, you will have at least 10 different things to take home - from pencil holders, bowls, letter holder ... etc.

It's a bit funny coz I think I didn't stick it properly, so the thing really didn't turn out well ...

Besides pottery art, there is flower arrangement, tea ceremony, DIY ( making bags ), children and adult drawing, cookery ( vegetarian dishes ), bakery, yoga ..... The staff there are nice and I like the environment too.

If you are free, you may go over and request them to take you a tour around the place and have a look at the things they do at every course. Quite interesting really !
